Self-confessed lover of all things beauty, Charlotte has a keen eye for detail and is a total perfectionist. You’ll find Charlotte researching new and exciting treatments in her spare time to ensure Hidden Gem is always at the forefront of the beauty industry.
Mummy to two gorgeous bambinos, family and friends are highly important to Charlotte. Espresso Martinis and "working out" are two of Charlotte's favourite past times, giving her all the energy she needs to juggle work and a young family.

Becky has been part of the Hidden Gem team for nearly four years now, she is without doubt the Queen of relaxing Decleor Facials. A former client of Charlottes, Becky was inspired by Charlotte’s passion and drive for her work so had a major career change and has never looked back since.

In her spare time Becky can be found at the stables chasing the horsey dream or her yet to be tamed six year old son. Lover of a tipple or two, Prosecco and Pornstar Martinis are Becky’s go to drink.
